Each purchase takes place in maximum security thanks to the use of the most advanced technological systems in the field of e-commerce, to protect your personal data and information on your credit card from unauthorized access.
Once the order has been completed, you will receive a confirmation e-mail valid for tax purposes, containing your order number and a summary of the details of your purchase.
We accept payments with:
    • all rechargeable credit/debit cards belonging to the Visa, Visa Electron, American Express, MasterCard circuits as well as PayPal.
    • cash on delivery, you will pay for your order directly to the courier upon delivery, in cash. For this option you must be sure to collect the package, because in case of refusal, Antonella Gorga has the full right to activate the refund for lost shipments for an amount equal to €15.

All our shipments are entrusted to the express courier service.
Deliveries take place in a maximum of 3 working days for the islands and 2 working days for the rest of Italy, excluding Saturdays and Sundays. These timings may vary if the order is directed to locations deemed disadvantaged by the courier.

All orders are sent with a tracked shipping service.
After shipping, you will receive an email with instructions for tracking your package, once the order has been taken over by our courier. Your order will be delivered between 08:00 and 20:00. We therefore advise you to make sure that there is someone present at the selected address to receive the package.
We know how important it is that you receive your purchases on time, especially if you've ordered something for a special occasion. For this reason, we undertake to respect the deadlines set for deliveries and to intervene promptly to solicit any delays.
Antonella Gorga is not responsible for:
– Possible loss or theft of packages following specific instructions provided to the couriers who are in charge of the orders.
– Delays due to the courier or to the individual branches that will deal with the sorting of the shipment.
– Orders left in storage or returned to the sender, due to incomplete/incorrect address, absent recipient or unavailable cash on delivery amount.
– Delays in the redelivery of an order that has gone into storage, or if the courier will not book a redelivery following our notification.



Sometimes it may happen that a purchased item does not suit you or that you simply have the wrong size, which is why making a return is very easy within 10 days of delivery of the order.
Follow these simple steps:
    1. Put the item back in the original packaging, or in a protected package with water-repellent film, with undetached labels and tags.
    2. Download the form here, print it and insert it in your package after completing it.
    3. Contact us via email or social channels, indicating your order number.
    4. The package ready for shipment must have the return form filled in and inserted inside.
    5. Our GLS courier will pass directly to your home, bringing with it the label to be applied to the package.
    6. Keep your shipping receipt, as you will need it as proof of return.
    7. Wait for the purchase voucher. The package will be delivered to our warehouse where the return procedure will be carried out. You will receive an automatic email confirming that a purchase voucher has been issued as soon as your return has been processed, the voucher will be usable for 3 months for the purchase of all items, including those on sale/promotion and cannot be combined with discount codes. Its value will correspond to the total of the returned goods, excluding the initial shipping costs (€7) and the return costs of the purchase to our warehouse (€7).

ATTENTION! The item must be in its original condition, with tags and any protective films intact. It's perfectly fine to try on an item as you would in a shop but we kindly ask that you no longer wear it. If an item is returned damaged, with signs of use or in unsuitable conditions, it will not be possible to issue a voucher. All returned items are thoroughly checked upon receipt at the warehouse.

We remind you that the items you intend to return remain your responsibility until they reach our warehouse, so please pack them carefully to prevent them from being damaged during transport. For the same reason, please ensure that you always request proof of shipment on your returns, in case you need to show it later. Antonella Gorga is not responsible for delays or losses in receiving returns, even in the event of sending to an incorrect address or one not provided by us. We do not accept returns for unwanted items returned after the above time periods.
